Job Description:

• Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Saudi Arabia
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organization's overall mission and goals
• Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division, setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals, objectives & targets
• Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market
• Represent the company at business promotion platforms, committee meetings, and at various formal & informal functions

Skills

Qualifications:

• Male, 60 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in operations management, with a track record of success in driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
• Proven experience in managing operations in the Oil & Gas construction, engineering, or related industries, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
