The Technical Manager plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in overseeing and managing technical aspects of projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
  3. Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  4. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
  6. Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate materials and technologies.
  8. Provide technical support during project execution and resolve any arising issues.
  9. Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  10. Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works in tunnel projects to ensure integration and functionality.
