  1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  4. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
  • 2 years’ Experience in Recruiting 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
