The Golf Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for golfers at our prestigious golf facility in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the golf course, providing exceptional service to guests and maintaining the facility's high standards. The Golf Operations Attendant will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall enjoyment of our patrons, ensuring that every visit is memorable. This role is temporary and is for a duration of one month. Candidates must be able to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing information about the course and services.
- Manage tee times and reservations, ensuring efficient scheduling and flow of play.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, practice areas, and course facilities.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of golf events, tournaments, and outings.
- Provide support in the rental and maintenance of golf carts and equipment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor course conditions and report any maintenance needs to the management team.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of merchandise and supplies in the golf shop.
- Promote and sell memberships, merchandise, and services to enhance revenue.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
