About the role:
We are seeking a Coordination Officer who plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, managing proposals, and coordinating events related to Hajj & Umrah. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and project management to support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and maintain comprehensive client databases and mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize database tools to streamline communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business and development opportunities within the Hajj & Umrah sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and participate in events, meetings, appointments, and conferences related to Hajj & Umrah.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and representation.
- Provide regular reports on client interactions, proposal statuses, and market insights to management.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, business development, or event coordination, preferably within the travel or religious sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Naqaba system and Hajj & Umrah processes is a plus.
- English and Arabic language.
