1. Develop and create quotes, proposal and other documentation as assigned by the Sales Manager.
2. Prepares Purchase Order Check List (POCL) and sets a meeting with Project unit and Engineering department for a proper handover of jobs where order conditions, change orders and other customer requirements are clearly relayed.
3. Collaborate with sales team to obtain documents which are not provided by the customer in the inquiry.
4. Manage communication with client's technical department and responds to clarification with regards to the submitted proposal.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience of working experience as Sales Support Engineer or similar field of work.
- Extensive knowledge in the Saudi Arabia Market especially in Cable Management System and Saudi Aramco requirements.
- Project management.
- Multitasking.
