The Fitness and Sport Training Academy Head is responsible for the overall operation and success of the academy. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive fitness and sport training programs, overseeing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a diverse range of fitness and sport training programs about Fitness, Health, Wellness , Biomechanics Workshops such as: Arial Yoga, Pilates, Gymnastics, and Nutrition) .
- Reach out to all fitness and health gyms and sports institutes in Saudi market to announce and advertise for the academy's courses and workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in fitness and sports training.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit qualified fitness instructors, coaches and support staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Promote the academy's services through marketing and public relations efforts..
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the academy's facilities.
- Ensure that the facility is safe, clean, and in compliance with all regulations.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the academy complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the fitness and sports industry is preferred.
