ROLE OVERVIEW
The Project Control Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project control including tracking and analyzing project performance, cost control, schedule control, and risk management. The role involves working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement project control procedures and systems.
- Manage the project control team and provide guidance and support.
- Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Track and analyze project performance and costs.
- Prepare and present project control reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project control standards and procedures.
- Provide input into project planning and budgeting.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project control activities.
- Work with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate tracking of project costs.
- Assist in the development of project close-out reports.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.
- Provide training and support to project team members on project control processes and tools.
- Work with external contractors and suppliers to ensure project control requirements are met.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Professional certification in project management or project control is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project control or project management.
