Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Marine Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marine logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods via maritime routes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize logistics processes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of marine logistics operations, including planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments
- Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other parties to ensure smooth transport operations
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
- Monitor and report on shipment status, resolving any issues that may arise during transit
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine logistics or shipping coordination
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and shipping processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
