Eram Talent is seeking a Terminal Operations Officer - Marine Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the terminal operations related to marine activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of marine terminals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in terminal operations, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily terminal operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Oversee the loading and unloading of vessels, ensuring efficient turnaround times and minimal disruption to operations
- Collaborate with marine and logistics teams to optimize terminal processes and resource allocation
- Perform regular inspections of terminal facilities and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance terminal performance
- Respond to emergencies and operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports of terminal activities, performance metrics, and incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor Engineering degree preferably majored in process or mechanics or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 year experience in fields related to offshore terminal operations
- Will be responsible for developing the technical scope of work for all projects under terminal operations
- Strong knowledge of marine and terminal safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in terminal operation management software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
