• Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, AI product, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI etc..
• Collaborate with end user, professional service team, and sales teams to ensure successful products selling.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the presales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management and presales, particularly with Microsoft products and services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and power BI
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, RFP preparation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, power BI, analytic tools) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on Microsoft products and services.
• English, Arabic speaker.
