  • Oversee the entire bidding process to ensure compliance with requirements and tenders’ documentation.
  • Conduct market research to analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine the best strategy, while collaborating with other departments (e.g., finance, legal) to gather information.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all proposals.
  • Analyse feedback and outcomes from submitted tenders for continuous improvement, creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess competitor performance, analyzing sales data to forecast future sales trends and set targets.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance performance, preparing regular reports on sales performance to provide insights to senior management.
  • Supervise and lead the client service team to ensure high-quality service delivery, measuring and analyzing client satisfaction levels and feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement changes while addressing escalated client complaints to ensure resolution promptly.
  • Train staff on outbound and inbound best practices and product knowledge, establishing and enforcing client service policies and standards.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client service to continuously enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferably 8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and communicate effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client needs.
