An exciting opportunity awaits! We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join a top regional F&B client in Riyadh.

You'll report directly to the Marketing Brand Manager, lead a small team, and play a key role in building brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, and ensuring a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within the restaurant industry.
  • Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-restaurant experiences.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine brand assets like logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote new menu items, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence and engagement, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty through brand initiatives.
  • Manage customer feedback channels and use insights to improve brand perception and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage loyalty programs, promotional offers, and other initiatives to drive customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant operations teams to maintain brand standards across all locations.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees in implementing brand strategies at the local level.
  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to brand performance, including brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
  • Perform regular brand audits to evaluate the success of branding initiatives and pinpoint areas for improvement

Skills

  •  A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Certification in Brand Management or related field (e.g., AMA Certified Brand Manager).
  • Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in brand management, marketing, sales experience or related roles.
  •  Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Participation in industry conferences, workshops, and online courses focused on brand management, marketing trends, and strategic planning.
