Responsibilities - We'll trust you to:
1. Performance Program Design: Develop performance programs based on key strategies at each business stage.
2. Performance Program Present and Account: Responsible for presenting the performance program to the sales team, monitoring the performance process, accounting for performance, communicating feedback, and other related tasks.
3. Performance Program Review: Analyze performance data and review, enhance performance strategy to assist the business in achieving better results.
4. Enhance Performance Data & Product Tools: Organize product functional requirements, enhance performance data and product tools.
Skills
Requirements - You'll need to have:
1. 1-3 years of experience in merchant or sales operations, performance management, and business analysis.
2. Good communication and expression skills, and willingness to collaborate.
3. Ability to use English as a working language.
4. Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
