Technical Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants.
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources, and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution.
  • Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project.
  • scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources, and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
  • Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
  • Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements.

  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
  • Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way Arrange handover report and final handover report to concerned person.
  • Assist with progress invoice and final invoice if required by management.
  • Project scheduling and resource management.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related.
  • Perform difficult technical work supervising and scheduling the maintenance, repair, modification, installation.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and supervisory skills
