Human Resources Specialist

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals at your location.
  • Supporting business units with workforce planning, talent management, and aligning with HR objectives.
  • Providing comprehensive HR support to employees.
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts to attract top talent and aligning with localization and diversity plans.
  • Managing employee communications in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Leading the performance management process and ensuring high participation and completion rates.
  • Conducting new hire orientations and inductions.
  • Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development through coaching and career planning.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with HR processes and updates.
  • Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.

To qualify for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
  • Basic coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Proficient planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate metrics, and develop solutions.
  • Skills in event design and facilitation.
  • Competency in numeracy and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and related tools.
