In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals at your location.
- Supporting business units with workforce planning, talent management, and aligning with HR objectives.
- Providing comprehensive HR support to employees.
- Assisting with recruitment efforts to attract top talent and aligning with localization and diversity plans.
- Managing employee communications in collaboration with the HR department.
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Leading the performance management process and ensuring high participation and completion rates.
- Conducting new hire orientations and inductions.
- Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development through coaching and career planning.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and in line with company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with HR processes and updates.
- Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.

To qualify for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
