In the role of Headhunter, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier talent for our clients, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates for key positions
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent across multiple industries
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment offers, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract and retain the best talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Onboarding specialist experience in government platforms(GOSI,QIWA,MUQUEEM)
- Proven experience as a Headhunter or in a similar recruitment role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools for finding qualified candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
