• إدارة وتخطيط جميع جوانب الأعمال الكهربائية في مشاريع المباني السكنية الفاخرة (الفلل، القصور).
• الإشراف على فرق العمل وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
• تنسيق الأعمال الكهربائية مع الأعمال الميكانيكية والإنشائية والمعمارية.
• متابعة الجدول الزمني وضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.
• إدارة الميزانية بالتنسيق مع إدارة المشاريع وضبط التكاليف لضمان عدم تجاوزها.
• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء والموردين لضمان تلبية احتياجات المشروع.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل وتقديمها للإدارة والعميل.

:Job Responsibilities

• Manage and plan all aspects of electrical works in luxury residential projects (villas, palaces)
• Supervise work teams and ensure execution according to specifications and approved standards
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, structural and architectural tasks
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Manage the budget in coordination with the Project Management and control costs to prevent overruns
• Liaise directly with clients and suppliers to meet project requirements and needs
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients

Skills

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع الكهرباء، خاصة في المباني السكنية الفاخرة.

:Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects, particularly in luxury residential buildings
• Advanced knowledge of local and international electrical system standards
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Effective client and supplier communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project for project management
