Role Purpose
To support the development and implementation of the sales and leasing strategies, to develop pricing and leasing rates matrices, to identify, negotiate, and close contracts and to perform quantitative portfolio analytics for sales and leasing in order to ensure a good residents’ relationship and provide a top-notch customer service
Key Accountabilities & Activities
People Management
- Support the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Support monitoring the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management
Change Management
- Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting
- Prepare required statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Magna and department requirements, policies, and quality standards
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Strategy and Implementation
- Support the management of the development and implementation of the Residential Assets sales and leasing strategies to monitor the effectiveness and the maximization of revenue and a high leasing rate for Magna’s Residential Assets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach prospective consumers and turning them into customers of products or services and ensure that Magna objectives are reached
- Develop account management plans for the assigned Residential Assets accounts including business development, client relationship, renewals, upselling to support in achieving Magna overall leasing objectives
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide recommendations on the potential market risks and issues that could affect Magna market share and revenues in the long, medium and short term and recommended corrective actions accordingly
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Support the management of negotiation and finalization of contracts and other legal documentation resident relationships during and after the sales and leasing process to ensure the provision of a top-notch customer service
- Identify, negotiate, and close contracts with relevant local and international tenants for Magna’s leasable assets and review any special contract cases and obtain relevant required expert level opinion
Sales and Pricing Targets
- Support the development of pricing and leasing rates matrices, define sales & pricing targets and manage pricing mechanism and leasing rates in order to achieve the most profitable sales and leasing revenues in line with Magna commercial strategy and goals
- Perform quantitative portfolio analytics to analyze opportunities and develop key winning insights that measure profitability and support the development of pricing strategies and plans for Residential Assets
- Perform periodic reviews and monitor the Residential Assets occupancy status to ensure that lease revenues are maximized and ensure the renewal of tenancy contracts or lease returns are done on a timely manner
- Assess prospective assigned accounts to ensure suitability of tenants at minimum risk of contract default and ensure contracts are negotiated and released to new tenants
- Prepare financial quotations for Residential Assets leased based on payment terms and conditions in line with Magna leasing policies and procedures
Periodic Reviews and Surveys
- Perform periodic reviews to ensure that lease management of Magna properties is carried out effectively to maximize occupancy, renewals, and lease returns
- Conduct a property market survey to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/ rent/sales and gain critical customer feedback so that existing customers can be retained and new ones can be got onboard
- Manage well informed business decisions by gathering data using market survey to reduce the degree of risk involved

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Residential Assets & Leasing, or any other related field
- Experience in KSA and/ or GCC preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Leasing, or any other related field
