We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Enterprise Digital Solutions vertical and drive growth through strategic solutions development, innovation, and operational excellence.
The Director of Enterprise Digital Solutions will be responsible for leading and growing the enterprise solutions arm of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior leadership to define, develop, and deliver cutting-edge digital products and services. This is a senior role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership experience in the digital solutions space.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the Enterprise Digital Solutions vertical, developing long-term strategies to drive revenue growth, product innovation, and market leadership.
- Solution Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital products and solutions tailored to enterprise clients.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering solutions that drive digital transformation and business success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and alignment with business objectives.
- Partnership Management: Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, integrators and business partners specialized in enterprise digital solutions.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to continually innovate and refine our product offerings.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals across product management, technical development, and client services.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital solutions and report regularly to executive leadership.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital solutions, enterprise software, or related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering is required, MSc/ MBA in a relevant discipline is preferred.
