Responsibilities:
- Responsible for and directs the purchasing of all the goods and services INITIAL will need for NEOM Sindalah Island.
- Identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements, and managing supplier and vendor contracts if needed.
- Constantly monitoring purchases, deliveries, and spends to ensure that the approved purchases fall within budget guidelines, are cost-efficient, and of high quality.
- Assisting the operational team, client, etc., in ensuring all products and services (specialist services) are communicated and delivered on time.
- Quality checking suppliers, audit checks, are part of this role, and to be completed monthly as part of the KPI back to back model with the Client.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Contract Management, or Procurement.
At least 3 years experience in KSA in FM and Hospitality buying.
Experience with tight deadlines and logistics.
