Talent Acquisition Specialist

  1. Contribute to short- and long-term workforce planning aligned with HR strategies.
  2. Analyze hiring processes to identify gaps and create actionable improvement plans.
  3. Design and implement effective sourcing and recruitment programs to attract top talent.
  4. Utilize advanced search techniques to research and source candidates.
  5. Participate in the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified passive candidates.
  7. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear, timely, and accurate information throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Cultivate strong relationships with SIRC executives to influence and enhance recruitment efforts.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment data, vacancies, and progress to relevant departments.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive global database of recruitment agencies, categorized by industry, geography, and function.
  11. Coordinate all recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
