Facilities Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee the upkeep of Compound, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate setup, equipment installation, and logistics planning.
  • Monitor and maintain buildings supplies and equipment inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, coordinating with appropriate personnel to resolve them.
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, including regular inspections and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facilities management software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
