Job Requirements:

• Managing individuals and teams executing work packages in the field of waste and environment management
• Planning and executing work consistent with quality, cost, and schedule requirements
• Project management
• Removing barriers that could impact quality, cost, and schedule performance
• Working with assigned staff to find optimal solutions to project challenges
• Providing technical guidance to staff, as appropriate
• Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable Engineering and Quality Assurance procedures, inclusive of contract, specifications, and technical requirements
• Approving technical documents and deliverables
• Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and approving the technical content of proposals/bids prepared under their direction
• Forecasting resource demands for the assigned work scope, including required skills, capabilities, and durations
• Working with marketing and other business groups to maintain and improve client relationships and offerings
• Experience in operations, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of machinery is preferred
• Second nationality is a plus
• Job location between KSA and Lebanon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant Technical Degree from an accredited university
• Experience managing project work with significant interfacing requirements with other teams & disciplines including finance, procurement and logistics
• Experience working within a Quality Management System and quality standards
• Experience in procurement, operation, and maintenance of waste management equipment / components is preferred
• Minimum 7 years of working experiences in a plant or machinery environment of preference in waste management industry, or heavy industry, or environmental services
• Site experience in construction, or commissioning of plants for waste or other heavy industries is an asset
• Proven track record of performance in a multidiscipline, dynamic project delivery environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
