Eram Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Control Analyst to join their client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, preparing cost reports, and ensuring efficiency in budgeting and expenditures. This role will entail collaborating with project managers and other team members to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project cost reports and forecasts
- Analyze project budgets and expenditures, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper implementation of cost control procedures
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial analyses
- Monitor and track project progress against budget and schedule
- Provide financial support in the evaluation of project proposals and change orders
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in cost control or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of cost management principles and techniques
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
