Eram Talent is looking for a dynamic and experienced
FM Operation Lead to oversee Facilities Management operations for prestigious projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all FM processes, enhancing operational standards, and leading a team committed to excellence in facility management.
As the FM Operation Lead, you will play a critical role in both the strategic and operational aspects of facility management, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively while meeting industry standards and client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing day-to-day FM operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations
- Implementing best practices in facility management to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
- Reviewing and approving maintenance plans, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the operational needs of the facilities
- Coordinating with various departments to guarantee cross-functional collaboration and support
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to facilities operations
- Overseeing vendor and contractor relationships to maintain quality service provision
- Monitoring KPIs related to FM services and continuously improving service quality
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of FM best practices, standards, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using FM software and MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing environments
