Product Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for [Specific Financial Service] and contribute to the marketing department's overall success. Champion the customer voice, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Product Development & Management:
  • Manage the entire product development process, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with market demands.
  • Customer Focus & Advocacy:
  • Champion the customer voice by gathering and analyzing feedback, and translating it into product requirements and features. Conduct user research and testing to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, finance, technology, and other teams to ensure smooth product development, launch, and ongoing support. Communicate product vision, goals, and progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features based on user behavior and market trends.
  • Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify potential threats and opportunities. Proactively adapt and iterate product strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Communication & Presentation:
  • Present product vision, strategy, and results to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
