Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage content provided by partners to ensure it meets accuracy standards before the store goes live.
  2. Handle the upload and verification of merchant information, ensuring all account details are complete, accurate, and efficiently processed.
  3. Review merchant qualifications to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
  4. Assess and approve additional applications submitted by Business Development teams or merchants.
  5. Coordinate and manage photo-taking services for product listings.
  6. Perform additional tasks requiring auditing and provide support as needed.

  4. Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
  5. Competence in using computer software.
  6. Prior experience in onboarding operations is highly preferred.
