Technical Oversight:

  • Installation: Oversee and participate in the installation of AV equipment, including audio, video, and control systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
  • Configuration and Calibration: Ensure AV systems are properly configured and calibrated for optimal performance and reliability.

Maintenance and Support:

  • Maintenance Management: Supervise routine maintenance activities for AV equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex AV system issues, resolving problems promptly.

Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Client Relations: Engage with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their AV needs, offer technical solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and address client feedback to continuously improve AV services and resolve any issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of AV installations, configurations, maintenance, and support activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on AV system performance, project progress, and any issues to management.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all AV systems and operations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
