Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management:
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Work Control Centre, ensuring that work activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work Requests: Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of work requests from various departments or external parties.
  1. Coordination and Communication:
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring effective use of resources and timely completion of work orders.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to work activities and requests.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to work orders based on priority and availability.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with operational priorities.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of work requests, status updates, and completed tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on work activities, performance metrics, and any issues or incidents to senior management.
  1. Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Standards: Ensure that all work activities comply with organizational standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and review work to ensure that it meets quality standards and addresses any discrepancies or issues.
