About the company: Our Client is a Business Solutions company providing government relations services (GRO), corporate services, personnel support and other Solutions.
Job Purpose: The person in this position will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and our most valued and important clients. The duties include building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at client organizations, and responding to and fulfilling client requests.
Job Description:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Provide clear service plans, timelines, and necessary documentation to clients.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their services and address issues professionally.
- Draft contracts and other documents under the guidance of the Head of Corporate Services.
- Support financial tasks, including proposals, invoice requests, and vendor registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of client activities and ensure task management systems are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing activity reports and ensure timely completion of key activities.
- Manage license renewals and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law regarding immigration and employee mobility.
- Provide operational HR services and assist with legal documentation for employees.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other business units as needed
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bilingual with excellent written and oral skills in both English and Arabic
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to summarize complex information effectively
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Adept at working in a process-driven environment
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabian Corporate Services or Government Sector,
- Consultancy or Professional Services is advantageous.
- Proven experience in successful stakeholder management essential.
