Government Relations Officer (GRO)

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and officials.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including government bodies, clients, and partners.
  • Utilize platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI for employee management and compliance reporting.
  • Handle visa applications, work permits, residence permits, and other related documentation for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or high school education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in government relations, administrative tasks, and PRO responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with governmental platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
