Commercial Bidding Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the commercial bidding of solar projects, deeply understanding and analyzing tender documents, and formulating bidding strategies
  • Maintain close communication with EPC, ACWA, and other partners to coordinate bidding-related matters
  • Prepare bidding documents, including technical solutions, commercial quotations, contract terms
  • Participate in all stages of the bidding process to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of bidding documents
  • Track and analyze industry bidding information, and participate in market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates with a background in Engineering Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in commercial bidding in the solar industry, with preference given to those with EPC or ACWA collaboration experience.
  • Familiarity with solar project bidding processes and relevant laws and regulations;
  • Understanding of solar, wind power, and energy storage principles, with on-site construction management experience;
  • Familiarity with 400KV substations and OHL lines, with subcontractor resources and pricing calculation capabilities;
