Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Statement
- Manage the financial closing of projects, ensuring all financial aspects are correctly accounted for and reported.
- Coordinate all audit processes, working closely with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including Zakat, taxes, and payroll requirements.
- Apply knowledge of the events industry or similar project-based environments to manage financial operations effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven experience in the events industry or a similar project-based environment.
· In-depth knowledge of Full IFRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and their application.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
