Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Assist in setting up and organizing office spaces for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support the facilities management team in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments


Skills

  • Immediate Joiners

 

Qualifications: 

·         Diploma or equivalent, additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.

·         Proven experience in office administration, facilities management

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·         Excellent English/Arabic communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating office equipment
