Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Ensure smooth office operations and oversee maintenance, including pest control, plant care, and electrical/plumbing services.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, and handle utility bills (electricity, water).
  • Manage parking facilities and assist with lease agreements. This includes overseeing office rent and parking payments and liaising with landlords regarding any office issues.
  • Handle all couriers and manage business card issuance
  • Provide comprehensive receptionist services, including visitor greetings, call management, and query resolution.
  • Oversee tasks of office boys and other support staff. are met through the application of a highly professional trade approach

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree OR Equivalent

·         Experience of 2 years in the same field

·         Excellent communication skills,
