Safety Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager with a strong background in civil work for substations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management, with a proven track record in the substation sector (Civil work). The candidate must be approved by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and have completed all required safety courses.


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and implement safety protocols and procedures on substation civil work projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all SEC safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to the project team and workers.
  • Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Liaise with SEC and other relevant authorities to maintain safety compliance.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, field.
  • Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety management, specifically in substation civil work.
  • Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) approval.
  • Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
