As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that the organization's human resources are aligned with its strategic goals. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure high employee productivity and engagement.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
