We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations and sales performance of our beauty retail store in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and visual displays
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory levels and ensure effective stock control and replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities
Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry, preferably within beauty or cosmetics
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
