As a Real Estate Consultant in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. Your main responsibilities will include providing expert advice, conducting market research, and negotiating deals on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients
- Provide expert advice on real estate market trends and investment strategies
Preferred Candidates:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Marketing Specialist preferred with experience in real estate marketing
- Lebanese, residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the Eastern Province
- Minimum of one year of experience required
- English language proficiency is necessary, and knowledge of a third language is preferred
