Role Purpose

  • Provides Project Management Planning services to NEOM Corporate Safety Executive Manager.
  • Manages the Corporate Safety strategic Planning activities, including project management, budgeting and department resource requirements and forcasting.
  • Management of departmental reporting including the various departmental dashboards.
  • Maintain and update departmental Organization charts.
  • Monitoring the completion of Safety corrective actions in Enablon, so to ensure timely completion.
  • Enhance system reporting dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, PowePoint, etc.) and their visualization to meet reporting expectations.
  • Ensure all departmental activities are performed in in accordance with PMO best practices.
  • Lead development of new or enhanced capabilities for the PowerBI and develop the Integrated Master Plan.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Extensive understanding of Planning, PMO and Occupational Safety & Health laws, regulations and associated management system frameworks.
  • Strategic acumen, with the proven ability to execute and drive change
  • Comprehensive understanding of, and experience in, developing OSH / PMO best practices
  • Detailed knowledge of OSH quality assurance/efficiency and performance management processes and procedures
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership ability and rational judgement and reasoning skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively at site, management and client levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high standard of English (oral and written)
  • Proven track record of experience as a Senior / Lead Planner or similar role
  • Previous experience in Planning, Power BI
  • Able to summaries and identify the key aspects of more detailed reports into concise and direct management reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher qualification), with professional accreditation e.g., NEBOSH Diploma
  • 10+ years planning experience in total
  • Advanced certification in Microsoft applications a plus
  • Microsoft Excel certification
  • POWER BI Certification
  • Working within Development / Project Management organizations.
