Role Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Local content activities and working closely with different departments to collect and prepare LC reports.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

 

 

  • Coordinate all relevant requirements related to local content reporting ensuring submission dates are adhered to across all relevant NEOM departments and assist with the compilation and accuracy of the LC reports provided to the relevant authorities.
  • Keep a record of all relevant LC guidelines and legislation and report to LC Leader/Manager of these changes and potential implications.
  • Coordinate the compilation of the periodic reports required by the CEO Office from relevant departments into an LCGPA template.
  • Coordinate Local content internal and external training.
  • Participate in meetings with Ministries officials and LCGPA committee’s related to local content and provide the minutes and outcomes of these meetings.
  • Develop mechanisms and improvements to the periodic reports on local content performance against the PIF requirements.
  • Coordinate with NEOM social responsibility department.
  • Assist in the compilation and submission of vendors Local content plan during tendering phase
  • Follow up with Contractors on their LC Targets 
  • Coordinate with Local Content and Government Procurement Authority LCGPA Auditor for all kind of work related to LC annual report. 
  • Coordinate with Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Monsha’at for related work of the local content program. 
  • Coordinating for any other duties related to initiatives, events, conferences, and exhibitions for Local Content, Made in Saudi, IKTVA, localization etc. 
  • In addition, LC coordinator will be working as data entry role for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, in terms of local content and the additional related work. Following NEOM Company Policies and Procedures.

 

 

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in Administration role 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office 
  • Good Communications skills 

 

Qualifications

              Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
