• Analyze the technical specifications, contract, and the Project “scope of work” and ensure compliance.
• Review and analyze design drawings, calculations and specifications are received on schedule and are confirmed as approved for construction.
• Establish a working schedule which is satisfactory to the main contractor/client. To update the schedule with the proceeding of the project and to ensure that technical department, factory, and site are all keeping up with the most updated schedule.
• Ensure that quality department prepare all reports on material compliance including testing and certificates (if applicable) and to submit reports of all materials tested and approved to the customer.
• Ensure that all engineering / technical specifications, contract requirements are followed.
• Maintain Project programs, project milestone targets and ensures compliance to Contract Conditions
• Maintain a close working relationship and effective coordination and communication with client, main contractor, and project team
• To submit progress reports, MIS reports and follow up on all project progress and all contractual correspondence with marked up drawings, photographs, and daily reports.
• Monitor variation works and prepare documents for claims and apply for claims and push for payments.
• Responsible for timely issuance of site priorities and to monitor the materials logistic and record of all on-site equipment, facilities, and manpower utilization.

Skills

• 10+ years’ experience in curtain wall, glass wall and façade design industry
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience of medium to large scale projects valued at $5+ million or larger.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting drawings.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in large façade projects,
• Awareness of basic building physics including ventilation, solar gain control, thermal insulation, glare control etc.
• Experience in operable element, such as windows and doors, hardware selection, design, and engineering, assembling and installation method
• Practical experience in curtain wall production activities including fabrication and assembly of curtain wall panels
• Practical experience in curtain wall and façade installation
• Experience with 2-D and 3-D design software including but not limited to AutoCAD.
• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and strong user skill level within MS Office or Primavera
