Property Specialist

  • Monitor and oversee project progress to ensure completion of deliverables and documentation.
  • Track and document project progress, deliverables, meetings, budget, and timelines.
  • Prepare project progress presentation in coordination with respective project managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
  •  Prepare, collect, and record documentation of projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Create and maintain project plans, risk management plans, and other project documents
  • Develop project reports and present them to stakeholders
  • Coordinate project resources and monitor project staff
  • Develop and implement project communication plans
  • Facilitate resolution of project issues and conflicts
  • Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Issue Purchase requisitions and follow up until the Purchase order and delivery.
  • Maintain documents

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Excellent knowledge of local property markets and trends
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in real estate software and online listing platforms
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
