HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Handle employee relations, payroll, HR data management, and project management tasks
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management

Desired Experience:

  • 6-10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in developing HR strategies and implementing HR programs
  • Experience in handling HR processes, including recruitment, training, and talent management
