As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our steel products. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through visits, cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits of our steel products.
Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize sales and profitability.
Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
