Quality controller Bakery Production

Duties:

  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve product quality.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of quality control experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • In-depth understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and production best practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and food industry standards.
