HRIS Management:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors to ensure it supports the organization’s HR processes and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all HR data within the system, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflective of the current workforce.
- Lead the administration of employee lifecycle activities in the system, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- System Optimization & Integration:
- Continuously review and improve system workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other internal systems such as payroll, time management, and recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop, manage, and distribute regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, providing insights into workforce metrics, turnover, headcount, and other HR-related data.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Talent Management & Manpower Attraction:
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage the talent acquisition process, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, and managing recruitment workflows.
- Optimize the use of the system’s talent management features to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee performance and learning modules within SAP SuccessFactors to support employee development and engagement
User Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other system users to ensure they are effectively utilizing all features of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and other resources to assist with system navigation and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and features, and implement updates as necessary.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure that all HRIS operations comply with internal policies and external regulations, particularly concerning data privacy and security.
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure that data access is appropriately controlled.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years of experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience in managing HR processes within an HRIS, including data management, reporting, and talent management.
