Responsibilities:  

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive.
  • Proactively offer product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B)
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality and technical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and attend events or trade shows as required for the project.
