Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory Management: Oversee and manage Active Directory for efficient authorization and user management across the organization.
• Exchange / Office 365 Administration: Manage and maintain Exchange and Office 365 environments, ensuring reliable and secure email services.
• SCCM Management: Administer SCCM for effective computer management, including software deployment, patch management, and inventory control.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure and manage mobile devices used within the organization.
• ERP Solution Administration (SAP Business One): Oversee the administration of SAP Business One or similar ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation across all business functions.
• BI Solution Management (QlikSense): Manage and optimize the Business Intelligence solution, such as QlikSense or other BI tools, to enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
• Antivirus Management (CrowdStrike): Implement and manage CrowdStrike or similar antivirus solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Second Factor Authentication (InWebo TrustBuilder): Oversee the implementation and management of InWebo TrustBuilder or similar two-factor authentication solutions to enhance security.
• Service Support: Provide effective service support, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly to maintain business continuity.
• Project Management: Take on project management tasks, leading IT projects from planning through to execution and successful completion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in service support and exposure to project management tasks.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, including Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, SCCM, MDM, ERP, BI solutions, and antivirus software.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One and QlikSense or equivalent ERP and BI solutions.
• Experience with security tools, including CrowdStrike and InWebo TrustBuilder, or equivalent solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead IT projects from inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
